Terms, in plain English

This page tells you the deal the same way we'd say it across a table. When you buy a build, we both sign a one-page Build Agreement; that signed agreement is the contract, and it says the same things this page does.

The machine and the price

$5,000, one flat price, the complete machine. Your own domain, a professional website, a 60-second lead form, instant lead alerts, your own customer list, Google setup, the follow-up robot, and a plain-English owner's manual. The same complete machine for every client, every time. No upsells, no monthly rent.

Paying for it

• $2,500 deposit to start, $2,500 balance when your machine is ready to go live.
• 7-day money-back on the deposit. Cancel for any reason within 7 days of paying and you get every dollar of the deposit back, no questions. After 7 days it's non-refundable, because that's when the build work goes in.
• Go-live is tied to final payment. The machine goes live on your domain, and every key and login is handed over, once the balance is paid. If the balance is never paid, the machine isn't handed over and the deposit is forfeited. There are no refunds once the machine is handed over.
• Fit review before your money moves. When you order, your deposit is authorized but not charged until we confirm the fit. If it's not a fit, you're never charged.

You own it

Every account is created in your name from day one: domain, DNS, hosting, lead form and customer list, Google Business Profile, business email, and any ad or social accounts we set up. On final payment you own all of it outright, and our access is removed. Your only ongoing costs are third-party fees you pay directly (domain and hosting, typically about $60 to $120 a year total).

What we don't promise

No guarantees of lead counts, Google rankings, or revenue. Nobody honest can control those, and you should walk away from anyone who promises them. We promise what we build and when, and we keep that.

After handoff

Your first year of small changes is free. After that, you handle changes yourself with your owner's manual, or through the optional month-to-month care plan, which you can cancel anytime with no penalty and no effect on what you own. There is never a per-change fee.

The fine print, kept short

• This website is information, not a contract. The signed Build Agreement governs each build.
• You confirm the business information you give us is accurate; your site will only claim what's true.
• Our total responsibility under any build is limited to the amount you paid us.
• These terms are governed by Michigan law.
