Terms, in plain English
BuzzGenerator, LLC. Effective July 20, 2026.
This page tells you the deal the same way it would be said across a table. When you buy a build, both sides sign a one-page Build Agreement; that signed agreement is the contract, and it says the same things this page does.
The machine and the price
$5,000, one flat price, the complete machine. Your own domain, a professional website, a 60-second lead form, instant email lead alerts, your own customer list, Google setup, the follow-up robot (quote follow-ups, honest review asks, and yearly checkup reminders to past customers, each sent only with your OK, plus automatic confirmations your own entries trigger: an estimate receipt-check, appointment confirmations and day-before reminders, and a job wrap-up email), a monthly scorecard of your own numbers, a Transfer File folder that keeps your ownership papers and numbers in one place, and a plain-English owner's manual. The same complete machine for every client, every time. No upsells, no monthly rent.
Paying for it
- $5,000, paid in full at checkout. One flat price for the whole machine, paid when you order — and your build starts.
- 3-day money-back — or until your machine goes live and the keys are in your hands, whichever comes first. Cancel for any reason inside that window and you get every dollar back, no questions. Once your machine is live and handed over, it's yours and the sale is final.
- Fit works both ways. After you order, we confirm it's a good fit, usually the same day. If it's not the right fit, we refund you in full — you're never stuck with something that wasn't right for you.
- Go-live and handover. Your machine goes live on your own domain, and every key and login is handed to you, once the build is done and you've approved it. There are no refunds once it's live and handed over.
- The 14-day clock. Keys in your hands within fourteen days of your payment. The clock pauses only while waiting on your two jobs: creating your own accounts on day one (guided every tap), and sending or approving your business info and photos when asked. The build work itself never stops the clock.
You own it
Every account is created in your name from day one: domain, DNS, hosting, lead form and customer list, Google Business Profile, business email — and if any other account of any kind is ever created during your build, it is created in your name too. Once your machine goes live and is handed over, you own all of it outright, and our access is removed. Your only ongoing costs are third-party fees you pay directly (the domain renewal, typically $10 to $30 a year; hosting is $0 on the free plan you own).
What the machine doesn't promise
No guarantees of lead counts, Google rankings, or revenue. Nobody honest can control those, and you should walk away from anyone who promises them. The promise is what gets built, and when, and that is kept.
After handoff
When your machine goes live and is handed over, the build is complete and it's yours, free and clear. Changes after that are yours to make, and your owner's manual walks you through every one of them in plain English. You never owe us another dollar: no plan, no subscription, no per-change fee — nothing to cancel, because there's nothing running.
The fine print, kept short
- This website is information, not a contract. The signed Build Agreement governs each build.
- You confirm the business information you provide is accurate; your site will only claim what's true.
- Total responsibility under any build is limited to the amount paid.
- These terms are governed by Michigan law.
