Privacy Policy

Plain English, because that's how we do everything: we collect only what we need to build your machine, we never sell your information, and you can ask us anytime what we have and tell us what to do with it.

What we collect

• If you start a build or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, service area, anything you type in a message box, and your signature on the build agreement. This comes in through our order form (run on Jotform) or by phone and text.
• If you pay a deposit: your payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We see the payment record (who paid, how much, when).
• Just visiting this site: we run no analytics, no ad pixels, and set no cookies of our own. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes visitor IP addresses to serve and protect the site, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, whose servers see standard connection data. That's it.

How we use it

To answer you, run your fit review, build your machine, take the payments you authorize, and keep the records a business is required to keep. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the services that make the machine run: Jotform (forms), Stripe (payments), Google (email and documents), and Cloudflare (hosting), each handling only their piece, and the authorities if the law requires it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

Your choices

Ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll do it. (Signed agreements and payment records we may need to keep as required business records; we'll tell you straight if so.) Reach us at (231) 981-8441 or hedgemanllc@gmail.com.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Since we don't track your browsing in the first place, this site works the same whether that signal is on or off, and no third parties collect browsing history across sites through our pages.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we ever change how we handle information (for example, if we add analytics or advertising tools), we'll update this page and change the date at the top before we do it.
